Every KOGHT order is carefully packaged in our signature materials and dispatched from London. We work exclusively with premium courier services to ensure your garments arrive in the condition in which they left us.
United Kingdom
Domestic Delivery
All orders within the United Kingdom are dispatched within one to two working days of confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a working day are typically processed the same day.

European Delivery
We ship to all European Union member states and Switzerland via DHL Express. All prices are inclusive of insurance. Please note that import duties or local taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on your country of residence. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Delivery
International orders are dispatched via DHL Express Priority. All shipments are fully insured for the declared value. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping charge — these are the responsibility of the recipient. Packaging
How Your Order Arrives
Each garment is folded in acid-free tissue paper, placed within a KOGHT dust bag, and enclosed in our signature matte black outer packaging. A care card and certificate of authenticity are included with every order. Gift-wrapping, personal notes, and bespoke packaging for gifting can be arranged at checkout.
We do not include paper invoices in outgoing parcels. Your receipt is sent by email and available within your KOGHT account at any time.
Tracking & Support
Your Order in Transit
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking updates are available directly via the carrier's website. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or if you have any concern about your delivery, please contact us at CustomService@Koght.com. We will investigate and respond within one working day.
